Processing

Most items will ship out within 1-2 business days of ordering.  For expedited orders please allow up to 1 business day to process. Also note:

  • You will be informed if an item in your order is not available for immediate shipment. 
  • Once an order is placed, we unfortunately can not alter the shipping or billing address. If you notice an error please contact us immediately.
  • If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us at customers.bleuhanger@gmail.com or call 404.254.1256 immediately. We cannot cancel orders once they have shipped. 

Shipping

DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY: We are pleased to offer UPS Ground for all orders shipping to locations within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on distance, please complete checkout to see shipping cost. While shipping times may vary, you should expect to receive your Bleu Hanger order within 3-5 days. 

If expedited shipping is needed, we also offer UPS Next Day Air, cost is estimated at checkout. All expedited orders must be received by 12PM EST to ship that day. If received after 12PM, order will ship the following business day.

Please ensure your mailing address is correct at checkout. We are unable to reroute shipments and, if your order is returned due to an invalid address, it will be processed as a return.

Additionally, once an order has been successfully delivered to the confirmed shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ask that you please contact the shipping provider listed in your shipping confirmation email.

  • If your package was marked as delivered but you have not received your package, you must reach out to Bleu Hanger within 3 days of your package being marked to be considered for further action.

 Easy Returns

We strive for freshness, uniqueness and most importantly for you to love your clothes.

Please note the following:

  • All returns must be postmarked within 14 days on the receipt of your purchase.
  • We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a new size/color please repurchase the product on our site and send back the current product for a refund.
  • Refunds are available on most purchases.  Selected promotions may state final sale on our website and/or in our advertising.  Final sale items cannot be returned.
  • Any items purchased under the Sale section are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Any and all items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for a refund. All items must be with original tagging.
  • Please make note of the tracking number on the return label and keep it for your records. Bleu Hanger is are not liable for lost packages without tracking.
  • Please email customers.bleuhanger@gmail.com to request a return authorization for any online order.
  • If the package, is lost and the case has been open and approved UPS, 50$
