We are located at 303 E. College Ave. Decatur Georgia 30030. Our hours are Sunday-Closed, Monday-Friday 11am - 7pm EST and Saturday 10am - 6pm EST.
What are your shipping options?
We ship using UPS Ground and UPS Next Day Air.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship orders internationally at this time, or accept credit cards with international billing addresses.
My shipment was marked delivered, however I haven't received anything. What do I do now?
Bleu Hanger assumes the fault of the courier on a shipment that is marked delivered, but is missing, lost or stolen. We will be happy to open up a case/claim for your purchase. If your case gets approved will issue a refund of the insured value of half of your purchase total. Unfortunately, we are unable to reship any purchases that are missing, lost or stolen.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return for a full refund, following our Return Policy. Please reach out firstname.lastname@example.org to authorize a return. Selected promotions may state final sale on our website and/or in our advertising. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I return my online order in-store?
Online orders can be returned in-store, store policy of merchandise credit applies for online returns to the physical store location.
How long does the return process take?
Once your return is received at our store it takes approximately 2 days to process the return. Credit back to your original form of payment may take an additional 4-7 business days depending on your provider.
How can I make an exchange?
We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a new size/color in the same product please re-purchase the item. We will grant same promotion.
I received an item that is damaged,what should I do?
Please note all products are thoroughly inspected prior to leaving our boutique to make sure you are receiving the best product. If we've sent you a wrong or damaged item, please contact us immediately at email@example.com and we will assist you with a resolution. All requests for wrong or damaged items must be received within 3 days of receiving your package.
What are the care instructions for your garments?
Please follow each garments care instructions indicated on the inside tag of the garment.
